Fall Morning 10-22-20

I shot this while sitting on my swing in my backyard this morning relaxing before work. Beautiful fall morning. If anyone can figure out what in the world is that little blue flying object flying around the first minute of the video I would love to find out. Wierd!

 

All My Ducks In A Row 8-1-20

There is a canal near my backyard where many ducks swim along and over the course of the summer, two mothers have had babies and the newest ones come up to the edge of my backyard fence to feed on the foliage and a few weeks ago I watched them, quietly from a distance, and they all started to jump down into the yard to feed and then they travel in a bunch along the fence towards the back gate and crawl through the back gate and back to the canal. I finally caught them in the corner of my eye and quietly I got my iPhone out and waited patiently and finally caught their daily routine on video. They are all so adorable!

Birds Of A Feather 7-31-20

Yesterday afternoon, while sitting in my backyard, I happened to look up and saw this group gathering. I immediately began to giggle.

Summer 7-27-20

The backyard was really looking beautiful 3 days ago. I captured these photo's in the early morning. Despite the pandemic, nature moves on, no matter what, in all its beautiful splendor.

The backyard roses are gorgeous this year.

Thunderstorm 6-7-20

Beginning on Saturday evening, 6-5-20, a huge storm front entered Utah and brought us a wallop of thunderstorms. It was really quite the visual spectacular, but a nice break from the heat. Yesterday, 6-7-20, was the big one that lasted most of the day! The videos are from earlier in the day when the storm was at its peak. The photos are from in the early evening hours when the storm headed North.
