Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow!

This is a video I took during my commute on the Frontrunner yesterday afternoon on my way home from work. This is the narrows between Lehi & Draper on the train track. It is a beautiful area any time of the year but yesterday it was filled with snow. So beautiful! Enjoy!

Walking in a Winter Wonderland

Yesterday morning as I waited for the train to work at the Murray Frontrunner station, I was able to feast my eyes upon the beautiful snow, which was a remnant of the 12/2/18 lake effect storm we had Sunday night into Monday morning (12/3/18). I love the station in the mornings.

That afternoon during my break and then after work waiting for the bus to take me to the Orem Frontrunner station to go home, you can see even Utah County got a lot of snow as well. It's December here in Utah! Absolutely beautiful!

Lake Effect

Here in Utah, particularly in Salt Lake County, the beautiful Salt Lake has such a high salt count, it is known as the Dead Sea of the United States, and that causes a vast lake effect snow post any snow storm that comes through the area. Sunday night, 12/2/18, we had over 6 inches in Cottonwood Heights and these shots were taken from my balcony at my apartment. Beautiful!

It's Beginning To Look Alot Like Christmas

Hints of winter are showing up all over. Yesterday morning I awoke to very thick fog. It was really thick at the Murray Frontrunner Station. Yesterday afternoon while waiting for the bus to go home from work Mt. Timp was covered in snow and clouds. Absolutely beautiful.

Autumn 2018 - Part 2

The fall colors are really coming out now. These photos were taken from my break room at my work as well as outside by the bus stop I wait at outside my work to catch the bus home. Fall 2018 is really turning out to be gorgeous with a touch of winter on the mountain tops. Absolutely beautiful!

Winter is On Its Way

This past Saturday (10/14/18), I had to work and on my walk into work from the bus stop, Mt. Timpanogos was covered in snow from the recent 4-day rain storm we had. It was so beautiful. Even though I hate Winter, this sight was something to behold. I have lived here in Utah for over 32 years and it still takes my breath away!
